Have been a part of Business Application Management (BAM) team . The key objective of BAM is to resolve Remedy/OTRS tickets opened by Cerillion users, collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and release updates and manage Change Requests. Now, currently into a project utilizing Data warehousing, business intelligence and ETL(Extraction, transformation and load) with SSIS AND MSDN.

Responsibilities as team member:

• Resolving BAM (Business Application Management)Remedy/OTRS Tickets

• Delivering solutions to technical snag and preventive procedures including backup and overhaul.

• Handling Major/high Priority incidents.

• Pro-active system monitoring

• Ad-Hoc reporting which includes scripting of the reports and dispatching it to the reporting analysts.

• Configuring CRM - Configuration scripts are written and tested by BAM and then implemented into the production environment by the DBA team. This is carried out within the ITIL change and release process.

• Testing Environment Support - The BAM team is responsible for all the testing and shadow environments. The BAM team ensures that the testing environments are in a workable state. It works closely with Release Management.
