This project also included training high school young men on complete steps involved in Designing, 3D- Modelling, Printing and Assembling of Prosthetic Hands. The key objective of BAM is to resolve Remedy/OTRS tickets opened by Cerillion users, collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and release updates and manage Change Requests. Now, currently into a project utilizing Data warehousing, business intelligence and ETL(Extraction, transformation and load) with SSIS AND MSDN. Responsibilities as team member: - Resolving BAM (Business Application Management)Remedy/OTRS Tickets - Delivering solutions to technical snag and preventive procedures including backup and overhaul. - Handling Major/high Priority incidents. - Pro-active system monitoring - Ad-Hoc reporting which includes scripting of the reports and dispatching it to the reporting analysts. - Configuring CRM - Configuration scripts are written and tested by BAM and then implemented into the production environment by the DBA team. This is carried out within the ITIL change and release process. - Testing Environment Support - The BAM team is responsible for all the testing and shadow environments. The BAM team ensures that the testing environments are in a workable state.
