• Performed an architecture review with a focus on scalability for a large scale healthcare process management software. As the project manager, interviewed architects, developers and testers to understand and document the existing software architecture and ran scalability tests to confirm that the system would scale to 10x higher data volumes
• Improved the performance (cycle time) of a battery management software by over 90% by proposing and implementing a new communication paradigm (in C++) between components
• Analyzed the source code (C++) for a large, multi-component Train Control product, rebuilding the architecture documentation from scratch and providing feedback on potential issues and bottlenecks
• Developed a custom test framework from scratch in Python for a Railway Routing system that greatly reduced the number of defects found in builds delivered to the customer
• Architected and developed a pure C++ library that provided clean interfaces to control robotic manipulators and grippers
• Developed a Spoken Dialog System library (Java/Python) for Siemens' use cases that integrated existing NLP technologies with a custom Dialog Manager. The initial prototype was demonstrated at Hannover Messe 2018.
