Consistently ranked within the top #200 productivity apps. Designed the e2e UX, brand identity, design system, and everything in between. Supported the team go from whiteboard to launch to product-market-fit.

Worked briefly on Growth acquisition efforts and helped design the Ramp Advisor Console.

• I work on the retail segment of Microsoft Bing, crafting e-commerce focused scalable experiences across surfaces.

• I have designed & shipped multiple high-volume experiences (80M+ monthly active users) which contribute to the $100M+ revenue annually.

• Some key shipped experiences include Shop Hub, Offers on Bing, Black Friday/weekly ads, product ads revamp, brand storefronts, etc.

• I am the user advocate in the larger product team and work extensively on strategy, visual design, research, motion design & prototyping.

• Created a marketplace platform for people to get quality consultation and help in different domains from industry experts. Launched the mobile app in July ‘19.

• Did the marketing, content creation, operations, legal, customer support, and experience design. Hired an intern for development work.

• Currently repivoting this idea based on pilot feedback to bring something more exciting in the market.

• Pakit is a global peer-to-peer platform for connecting senders, travelers, and buyers.

• Travelers can earn money by utilizing their unused baggage space while traveling across countries, state or cities whereas senders can ship items at cheaper rates from one place to another with their help.

• People across the globe wish for things which are expensive or not available in their vicinity and travelers can help them by delivering it.

• Working towards creating an unmatched and reliable user experience for the peer-to-peer sharing community through trustworthy design.

• Conceptualized and designed a chatbot from scratch for Skype (all platforms).

• Conceptualized a user engagement model for high user retention and accordingly designed scenarios, bot personality, conversation flow and new features to accomplish the business goals of the project.

• Managed a team of 4 developers and drove the project to successful implementation (complete ship-ready product) within the deadlines.
