I am full stack software generalist, owning data engineering efforts from schema design to ETL pipelines, I also work on backend APIs as well as front end UI and maintain AI/ML pipelines along with marshaling code/product releases

My responsibilities include:

Extending backend services to support customer engagement

Setting up backend services to support AI and to directly interact with UI

Developing and enhancing ML / NLP models and programs for conversational AI assistant to facilitate customer and customer facing agent experiences.

Building and deploying services machine learning prediction

Building ETL pipelines for ML models

Performing code releases from develop through staging to production and orchestrate testing on staging environments.

I had the following responsibilities:

Creating Web User Interface for chatbot messenger

Designing and implementing rest API and token exchange protocol

Designing and Implementing Question Answering System that answers questions about all kinds of diseases and medicines

I designed and developed an entire question answering system capable of answering diabetes related questions. This was a remote work opportunity and I was responsible for building the complete system, right from scraping data, processing it (solving disambiguation and filtering-getting rid of sections like contact us- problems efficiently) and storing it in MongoDB to facilitate extraction later, then query generation and information retrieval with passage ranking to creating a web interface using the RESFTful API Flask for Python.

I completed internship program on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence under which, I attended training sessions on Data Warehouses and Dashboards and prepared a white paper titled 'Infographics: A new paradigm of representing information'.
