I am a graduate student at Northeastern University currently pursuing Master of Science in Information Systems. Before enrolling in the program, I was working with Infosys Limited as a Systems/Software Engineer. I have strong skills in C++, Java, Scala, SQL and NOSQL databases. While I was at Infosys, I worked in Financial Services and Insurance domain and used technologies like Spring and Hibernate for scaling projects. 1. Union Bank of Switzerland’s Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) project
• Developed Java modules and restructured application’s back-end to minimize data inconsistency by creating indexes and increased performance by 15%
• Designed Perl and Shell scripts to make them function via AutoSys Jobs, simultaneously monitoring and handling critical job boxes like strengthening instrumental job server
• Assessed notifications received from upstream systems like ADP, Bloomberg and checked for application architecture’s impact

2. Electronic Payment Portal (EPP)
• Executed the MVC model to build an end to end web-based application, like PayPal, enabling customers to make online bill payments for several services eliminating all paper-work
• Built front-end modules using JSP technology in JSF framework and persisted data in Oracle11g utilizing Hibernate framework; Validated the efficacy of application using JUnit test cases
