I’m a diligent, creative, and empathetic problem solver who designs on the foundation of lived experience. For me, design is about impact—removing friction, building authentic connections, and bringing joy into daily experiences. I value authenticity, compassion, and intentionality, and I strive to reflect those qualities not just in what I create, but in how I collaborate, lead, and show up at work. My interdisciplinary background in psychology, engineering design, entrepreneurship, and African/African-American studies has shaped my approach to design; balancing human behavior, technical execution, and cultural context. Whether it’s helping people live with intention through digital planning tools at Noted by Nani, creating platforms that foster genuine social connection, or leading equity-focused initiatives that expand access to tech, I’m drawn to work that blends creativity, technology, and social impact. Through corporate internships at Amazon and IDEO, I’ve learned how design must scale: from addressing the needs of a single user to solving for the challenges of large enterprises. That balance of detail and scale has deepened my commitment to creating solutions that are both human-centered and widely impactful. I’m currently seeking internship opportunities in UX engineering or design technology, where I can continue designing products that empower, connect, and simplify. Contact Info: stull.alana@gmail.com
