Worked as an assembler of electronic components for electric motorcycles, building high voltage battery packs out of 18650 cells and electronics assemblies from the PCBA level. Completed field return tear-downs and analysis of electronics modules and battery pack assemblies.

Also worked on software engineering projects for the manufacturing execution system (MES). These included scripts to set up a Raspberry Pi from an image for use as a controller for integrating test hardware into the MES, managing the IoT monitoring system to correct issues with the 80+ controllers used throughout the factory, and using python to analyze data gathered from leak tests, then updating the code to improve the test quality and accuracy.
