Hands-on principal of "virtual agency”, directing digital/integrated marketing programs (branding and direct sales via web/email, print, and video). Acted as lead content strategist/designer and UX writer for money movement on Schwab's Digital Advisor Services platform. Worked closely with UX designers, product leads, researchers, and developers to identify opportunities, then design and deploy optimal experiences. Laser-focused on the details to design seamless flows and craft content that's smart, on-brand, effective, and compliant. Also contributed to global standards, editorial guidelines, and the evolution of terminology and taxonomy as part of overall site modernization.

Created ground-breaking digital/mobile banking experiences, collaborating with other product design thinkers, multiple lines of business, marketing, customer experience, legal/compliance and technical partners in the SF Bay Area, across North America, and India. As key member of XD team's RTTO (Real Time Testing & Optimization) efforts, designed prototypes for credit card and home lending lines of business that beat control experiences in A/B testing.

Led a team of 10+ content consultants and designers to develop tools from conversation roadmaps and scripted whiteboards to web-based sales meetings and product launches, mobile sales tools, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, social media, and more. Clients included Union Bank, AllSteel, CUNA, Motorola, AT&T/Cisco, Hitachi, Dell, HP, Google, Wells Fargo, FedEx, and other market leaders.
