### Internals Engineer @ Georgia Tech Experimental Rocketry

- Custom designed and tested Nosecone Avionics Bay, housing flight computer, GPS antennas and safety shunt switches, while minimizing weight, voltage loss between avionics and complicated integration procedures.
- Took part in the engineering design process for GTXR's 2025-26 2 stage rocket's recovery systems, optimizing impact attenuation, maximizing reliability of recovery deployment window and redundancy given space and weight constraints.
- Contributed to system-level design trade studies (rocket diameter, propellant, fin cant) optimizing for safety, integration, and redundancy.
- Oversaw and lead a team of 3 freshman in the design of the sustainer's avionics bay, teaching proper CAD etiquette, the engineering design process.

### Internals & Recovery Engineer @ Georgia Tech Experimental Rocketry
Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | Atlanta, Georgia, United States
- Designed (12+ iterations), manufactured (G10 composite), and tested GTXR’s flight-critical Sustainer Avionics Bay.
- Designed, manufactured and tested the addition of a piston to the booster’s recovery deployment system.
- Participated in GTXR’s recovery operations, ultimately recovering 85% of Live and Let Fly (LLF).
- Designed, experimented and tested the Booster recovery piston  
- Machined pillow-blocks using a Manual Mill (CNC) with rect. faces and spot drill.
