Technical Lead
•Manage a team of 10 onshore and offshore developers, QAs, and SDETs to lead successful delivery of 5 high priority commerce features for Disneyworld and Disneyland apps
•Create net new digital revenue streams supporting Disney Parks & Resorts through development of in-app Special Event sales, date-based ticketing, ticket modifications, and ticket upgrades
•Partner with stakeholders in product, design, business development, legal, and marketing to understand priorities, negotiate feature scope, and define business requirements
•Coordinate cross-functionally with iOS, web, and services teams to identify and solution working APIs for mobile application data consumption
•Represent Disney as consultant and guide for third-party device vendors, ensuring that applications adhered to the Disney brand and performance standards for optimal user experience
•Monitor mobile user engagement and performance data by frequently analyzing data and dashboards using NewRelic and Splunk
•Frequently present feature iterations to larger Disney team, including executives
•Create, groom, and prioritize user stories for new and upcoming projects
•Brainstorm with product and design teams to identify best user experience for upcoming features
