Worked across a variety of backend teams including database caching, content storage and transfer, and currently on file conversion and processing, which powers Box's preview features. Projects have included improving upload speed and reliability, developing the new watermarking feature available via web application and API platforms, and enhancing infrastructure services for increased stability and security. Projects incorporated both dev and ops work, and involved working closely with a team engineers and product managers.
