Supported the Aerostructures team with post-ground and flight test data analysis for the X-59 supersonic jet and led the development of custom, user-oriented tools to simplify analysis workflows.
• Developed DART (Data Analysis and Rapid-Processing Tool), a Python-based GUI that streamlines data parsing, multi-sensor visualization, and report generation, improving the efficiency of sensor health assessment and structural load analysis
• Analyzed static and taxi test data from 300+ strain gauges, accelerometers, and thermocouples to support structural validation, with a focus on loads measured in the landing gear and empennage systems
• Created real-time crossplots and emergency procedure matrices in IADS (Interactive Analysis and Display System) for control room use during taxi and flight tests, increasing situational awareness for a diverse team of structures, propulsion, and controls test engineers
