Art Direction and lead touch point for all mediums of design projects to ensure they are on brand and represent Adams Group in an effective and appropriate way that aligns with the company goals and values while attracting new consumers and keeping current consumers engaged and educated.
Engage in design work across products, content channels and all cross functional touchpoints to develop a consistent voice, look, and feel that has impact for the end users. Includes packaging design and print production, external agency collaboration, art direction and project lead for all photoshoots, collaboration with social team for creating original content for all digital platforms, video filming and editing capabilities, web design, Amazon pages, HR pieces, educational materials, sales presentations, catalog, new campaign pieces, design new products and launch material while also offering design support for new innovation, promo items, flyers, instore materials and display, sampling programs, shipper displays and POP’s. Importantly this role will manage the operations and logistics of the team – software needs, prioritizing work, training, capital requests.
