A 12 week immersive program learning the theories, techniques, and tools of user experience design. The program is designed to provide students with real world experience through client facing projects.

EVO | Concept Project
•Led a 2 week design sprint to design and build out an interactive cloud gaming web app
•Conducted 7 user interviews on their video gaming experience
•Created an intuitive and inclusive Communities page welcoming all walks of life
•Performed 5 usability tests and implemented user feedback in final prototype
The Choss Shop & Café | Concept Project
•Conducted 4 user interviews and synthesized data into an affinity map, 2 user personas, and 2 user flows using Miro
•Produced competitive and comparative analysis by a feature analysis between 2 competitors and a task analysis between 3 eCommerce sites
•Implemented card sorting activity with over 12 participants resulting in an organized categorical site-map
•Created desktop low-fidelity wireframe and hi-fidelity mockup in Figma
•Provided 3 tasks to conduct usability tests with 5 participants resulting in 2 changes in final hi-fidelity clickable prototype
•Modified hi-fidelity clickable prototype into final version
