The main task was to design a mobile landing page to support advertising campaigns and increase the efficiency of mobile traffic conversion. My responsibilities included creating a user-centric design optimized for mobile devices, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with marketing teams to align the landing page with campaign goals.

Developed a CRM system (0→1) to monitor risky bets, defining key scenarios and functionality based on business needs and creating a detailed information architecture. Conducted 60+ user interviews and UX tests to accelerate fraud detection, collaborated closely with analysts and business teams in a Scrum framework, and successfully launched the product in 1.5 years—reducing risk detection time by 1.5x and improving GGR metrics.
