Leading the Dogmail team, the product platform responsible for rendering and sending product emails from the Datadog app. Created and grew the team, architected the platform, and provide technical and product direction for future feature development.

Worked on the Authentication team to develop Web API authentication services. Included support for a variety of different authentication methods, validating correctness, and building systems to manage consistently high throughput of requests.

Worked on the Access Controls team to build a platform for creating User Permissions in a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model.

Defined a data model and process for Org Configs, and released a proof-of-concept org config through the new mechanism. This is a platform functionality that allows Datadog developers to define org-wide settings, with APIs to get and set values.

Enabled teams to validate PCI compliance of data engineering pipelines (Apache Airflow & S3) in a safe environment with internal Python tooling which highlights discrepancies in job output.
