•Defined accessibility specs and annotation frameworks for other designers to leverage.
•Produced more approachable documentation of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to uplevel fellow designers
•Contributed accessibility upgrades to more than a dozen UI components & patterns, to improve the Design System.
•Empowered design teams to build more inclusive end-to-end user experiences and “shift left” beyond compliance to start proactively designing for inclusion.
