I started my career as an ICU nurse, where I saw firsthand how healthcare software can make (or break) a clinician’s day. From the 6am scramble to find coverage when someone calls out, to the EHR freezing mid-documentation, I’ve lived the frustrations that come with tools that don’t fit real workflows.

After three years at the bedside, I made the jump to software engineering to help fix that. I build tools that actually make sense in clinical settings, combining my nursing background with technical skills to create products that support care teams instead of slowing them down.

At BioSked, I rebuilt scheduling infrastructure used by 15,000+ medical staff. At Cohere Health, I worked on AI-driven prior authorization tools. At Skillsoft, I helped scale learning platforms.
