A few products that I’ve delivered include:

* Commure Data Exporter - FastAPI endpoints that leverage pre-built queries to extract site information and share through GCS.

* Full stack inactivity logout tracker - implemented a full stack solution to provide a configurable multi-tenet inactivity tracker to log out inactive users.

* Led data engineering team of 3 to build Snowflake Unified Data Model of genetics information at Syngenta. The improved warehouse consolidated transactional and analytical capabilities, dramaitcally decrease cross-team conflict, and solidifies shared data under a single source of truth.

* Built Snowflake POC for DNA ingestion pipeline, improved ingrestion speed compared to Postgres by 250%.

As a software engineer in the Data Science and Genomics team at Pairwise, I utilize my diverse skill set as a computational biologist and software engineer to deliver robust and scalable pipelines to provide access to Next Generation Sequencing data faster and more reliably. NGS Pipelining allows for quicker decision making to provide a healthier future for the world.
