Hiii! 👋 I’m a Senior Product Designer centered on creating work rooted in connection and elevating humans to do and be better every day. 

Over the last 6+ years, I've created 0 to 1 experiences for over 1M+  Gen-z users navigating the modern job search economy. I'm excited by work that moves people closer together and authentically builds inclusive communities in digital spaces. I design for new futures and challenge stagnant models.

Outside of my corporate cosplay, I'm a registered yoga teacher teaching folks to be more in their bodies.

Led end-to-end design for e-commerce web and native mobile experiences across discovery, product detail pages, and checkout, contributing to 3% lift in conversion and reduced drop-off through checkout.

Drove improvements in time spent shopping and product discovery by iterating quickly on browsing and recommendation surfaces.

Partnered closely with the marketplace team to design and ship a rewards program, helping increase repeat purchase rate and customer retention.

Took a scrappy, user-first approach: running lightweight user research, rapid prototyping, and fast experiments to validate ideas and ship quickly.

Collaborated cross-functionally with a small team of 1 product manager and 1 engineer to balance speed, quality, and business impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

### AppJam+ Program Mentor @ Dreams for Schools

Dreams for Schools oversees programs and initiatives that contribute to educating youth about Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) fields. The main outreach program of the organization is the AppJam+ initiative. AppJam+ is a program that takes the concept of building software in a short period of time and uses it as a tool to excite and inform middle school students about STEM fields while teaching them the creative and hands-on technical process of mobile application development. Middle school students receive mentorship from college undergraduates and learn to make Mobile apps, which will be utilized by early learners.
