visuEats is a seed-stage startup that I helped with end-to-end design process. In collaboration with the UX team and Stakeholder, I aided in researching and designing several iterations of app/website prototypes. I advocate for research and usability tests, create research plans, run user tests, and synthesize the findings. Then I present these findings to stakeholders at weekly meetings and implement the solutions into future iterations.

Disability Planners is a user-facing Insurance company that helps people choose the right supplemental disability insurance. Prior to 2020, they didn't have an online process for users to flow through, as it was solely a paper process. I spearheaded the design and creation of an online process that over 10,000+ users have flowed through. I created user journeys, and flows conceptualized questions for surveys and scripts, executed research and usability testing to validate this process.

Collaborated with co-workers across all departments to design a monthly company newsletter.

Used Canva and photoshop to create compelling visualizations that regularly saw engagements improve by 43% percent from previous benchmarks.

Regularly updated the company website using Wordpress
