Defined SLOs for our software lifecycle to bootstrap the team's goals and provide a consistent time-to-deploy for our software. Integrated aviator.co merge queue to allow faster PR merge times while keeping our builds green. Designed implementation of dynamic test sharding to speed up CI times.  Scaled our CI/CD infrastructure to accommodate a growing number of microservices with varied infrastructure needs. Spearheaded the migration of our CI infrastructure to Bazel to provide a more consistent and performant CI via caching and parallelization. Hardened our Buildkite deployments to improve our security posture and mitigate insider risk threats. Implemented an infra-scripts system to enable engineers to perform production operations in an approved and auditable manner. Unblocked migration of our infrastructure to ARM and optimized our Postgres databases for cost-efficiency.
