Coordinated full-stack development effort across 5 teams to lead delivery on Strava to Oura partner integration. Led development of backend service written in Java and Typescript. Worked closely with the product team to ensure a successful public feature release (Press article from The Verge - https://www.theverge.com/2022/7/14/23207669/oura-ring-strava-integration-wearables-activity-data-feeds).
Designed, built, and deployed public API using Python and Typescript - serving ~2 million requests daily. Sought customer feedback from the product team and direct customer feedback.
Led the development (Python) of custom B2B solutions for high-value partners. Coordinated with tech leads at partner companies to determine requirements and ensure product delivery.

AWS Repository Distribution Service - Software Development Engineer
Designed and developed customer-facing tooling using Python for content distribution. Reduced time of content availability from 48 hours to 6 hours over the course of 3 months.
Integrated new features into existing systems by analyzing existing systems, proposing design solutions and implementing the solutions end-to-end, using Java and AWS step functions.
Participates in on-call rotation. Proposes solutions to prevent re-occruing issues and reduce operational load.
Successfully trained and onboarded new team members through hands-on training and documentation of existing systems and processes. Documentation is reused for other new hires.
AWS Amazon Linux Tools and Telemetry - Software Development Engineer
Lead project to design a distributed log processing system capable of collecting and processing logs from across the entire AWS fleet, handling 3 million+ transactions per hour, by using AWS Lambda, Kinesis and S3. Solution was coordinated across multiple organizations to accommodate customers across the company.
Completed end to end implementation of metrics system actively processing 2tb+ data daily via AWS Glue and Scala. Included infra, CI/CD, unit/integration/load/acceptance tests, alarming.
Productionalized and assisted with implementation of a security risk reporting tool written in Python The customer has missed zero security deadlines since the tool was productionalized.

Coordinated and executed technical vision for startup product which enables e-commerce stores to seamlessly integrate with US wholesale suppliers via an online web app.
Designed and architected cloud based applications to be redundant, available and consistent by using AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, and S3.
Completed conception and development of end-to-end MVP in 2 months using modern web application and cloud frameworks such as react, javascript, python, and c#.

Obsidian bot was created to help anyone with cryptocurrency automate their investment without having to do learn the complexities associated with day trading. At the same time I provided the tools necessary for experienced traders to seamlessly deploy detailed strategies to live markets. During my time leading to Obsidian Bot team I were able to create a feature rich application with a competitive feature set and achieve the following:
Lead and managed a team of 4 people to build a competitive cryptocurrency trading platform.
Created a cloud based trading system to easily deploy and execute trading strategies which operate at 1/15th the cost of competitors by using a serverless architecture written in c#.
Placed 1st in the tech category of the Northwest Entrepreneurship Competition.
Received Best Financial Tech Company and 5th place at the Collegiate Business Plan Competition.
Raised over $20k of non-diluting funding
