Position was full-stack, from customer interviews, product research and analytics, to full back- and front-end technical implementation. • Helped raise unassisted customer conversion from 1% - 6% over the course of 4 months by running an extensive A/B test where we chose a subset of customers and quickly iterated on new features to meet their needs. • Implemented in-house customer analytics platform to support product team research using custom Javascript tracking, Ruby on Rails front-end, Elasticsearch, and Kibana. • Helped build out a wide variety of automated scrapers to pull information relevant to our customers health insurance needs. ### Software engineer @ Sendbloom Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 • Work in small team to push out new features and fix bugs on sales automation platform.
