• Led multiple user experience improvements for Transit Ticketing feature to improve user retention and first purchase funnel through a data driven approach.
• Helped to scale Transit Ticket product to 13 cities in Ohio and Kentucky.
• Led the mobile implementation of the Uber Boat ticketing product that launched in London as Uber Boat and Fire Island Ferry for New York.
• Led the contactless ticketing project, working with Marqeta to create a "Uber Transit Ticket" virtual credit card that can be used to pay for transit trips. Pilot launched in Miami-Dade.
• Helped with onboarding of Routematch engineer to Uber's tech stack.
• Defined mobile strategy for Routematch's RM7,x product, helping to create a plan to improve its reliability and maintainability leveraging Uber's mobile tech stack.
