Contributed to the build of advertiser-facing UI and backend services to support small to large businesses on ads.twitter.com:
•Completed an internal tooling project which allowed for launch of the Twitter Business Settings to ~100k professionals, managed and un-managed SMB advertisers, and large brand advertisers (ie. Nike, Apple, OMD)
•Contributed and led user-facing and internal customer workstreams within the Twitter Business Settings and Self-Serve Insertion Order project - estimated to unlock $3b revenue by Q1 2024
•Led team product launching efforts, creating epic timelines and technical documentation and proposals, and driving work necessary for future launches and customer support
•Ensured new team members were onboarded seamlessly and familiar with Twitter’s monolithic tech stack
