Currently, my main objective is to build a highly collaborative design culture based on user focused design and informed internal communication. As a QA lead and product manager at Createthe Group, I oversaw the launch CTG's first mobile site for David Yurman and the initial deployment of the CTS content management platform. I worked closely with creative, tech, and client teams to gather requirements, monitor milestones and outline UAT testing strategies. After CTG, I joined a small creative technology team at Dotbox where my concept designs for Beyond Clothing helped the company procure Beyond as it's biggest client at that time. I eventually moved on to PMG to build a B2B media asset management system for Clinique's management team. While there, I conducted user research, designed the platform IA and helped build the front end user interface. My experience with the Clinique project galvanized my desire to learn more about proper UX design and transition my professional path. I went on to study UX at General Assembly and became a lead UX/UI designer a One Rockwell. My responsibilities included: research, ideation, visual design, information architecture, rapid prototyping, user journey mapping, and user testing. As the UX owner for all mobile design initiatives and matching tools for web applications, I worked very closely with product managers and developers to define existing problems, validate the need for new product features, gather requirements and construct new design style guides. My most notable feat at Axial was the launch of a CEO focused introduction tool that helped connect business owners to relevant capital sources based on intent and business classification. I also partnered with the business development and account teams to help pitch prospective clients and scope new work.
