I started here as a Front-end developer, eventually transitioning into Product Design. I manage a 2-person design team, regularly leading design walkthroughs with senior management and developers for our car hire booking and vehicle excess insurance platforms. 
 I designed and shipped the company's claims handling platform from scratch, now processing 600+ claims annually. I am working on a ground-up redesign of the rental booking flow, focusing on information architecture, usability, and WCAG compliance. ### Staff Product Designer @ Dorxata Jan 2024 – Present | Delaware, United States 🪩 Deployed as the sole product designer for LearnWise.ai (an AI edtech startup). I collaborate directly with their founding team to design admin tooling for AI assistant customization that scaled to from 1 to 2M users and 40 to 150+ institutions within a year. Designed and shipped an analytics dashboard, a knowledge-base builder supporting third-party integrations, and a modular workflow builder for mapping conditional logic and automations. ### Senior Product Designer @ Uploan PH Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Philippines I worked on their Borrower platform. I started with the mobile-first UI redesign which served as the base of their full process redesign. Started and owned the company's first Usability Lab. ### Product Designer @ Jumpcut, Inc. Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | California, United States 🚀 I designed the end-to-end UX of conversion-critical flows such as enrollment and checkout for an e-learning platform, covering research, user stories, flows, and visual design. I also led the creation of their design system, Paradigm, with 2 other designers. ### UX Designer @ Globe Telecom Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 🌎 I was a designer for enterprise solutions under Employee Enablement. I designed the user journeys and interfaces of several end-to-end mobile and web apps. I was responsible for facilitating various user tests, as well as organizing data from focus group discussions. I functioned as the lead UX/UI designer in Agile teams, defending the team’s best recommendations during sprints. ### Front-end Developer @ VroomVroomVroom Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Brisbane, QLD I assisted our Front-end team in building websites using React, Bootstrap, and CSS/SCSS. I worked in bringing product visions to life with coded prototypes that became the shipped product (landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interactions). I was asked to return as a senior product designer in Feb 2020. ### Web Developer @ Elevation Partners Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 ⬆️ I wireframed user flows for web-based experiences and worked with designers to create the best possible UX and UI. I coded web pages and interfaces (mostly e-commerce and marketing sites) for various clients. ### Digital Content Specialist @ Titanomachy, Inc. Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 🏀 I served as a digital content creator on the 3-person team that handled the complete design & managerial overhaul of TITAN22.com leading to an 82% growth within its first year. I created content for the brand’s first Digital Playbook used to guide website content creation and build consistent web experiences. I coded & designed prototypes for the mobile web, as well as additional functionalities for product activations.
