Over the past 15+ years, I've worked across the full spectrum of design: as the founding designer shipping a 0→1 AI/ML platform at a startup to senior designer at FAANG.



What sets me apart is the combination. I can lead a team, define a design strategy, and still get into Figma and execute. I've built design systems from scratch, reduced design review cycles from 3 days to 1, and helped companies move faster without sacrificing quality.



My sweet spot: early-to-mid stage companies where design is still finding its footing — or established teams that need to level up. I thrive in ambiguity, work closely with founders and engineering, and care deeply about work that's both beautiful and functional.

### Principal Product Designer @ Stealth AI Startup
Jan 2018 – Present
I've helped grow the product from a scrappy MVP to a platform used by 200,000+ users across 40 countries.
In that time I've worn a lot of hats — and I've loved every one of them.

I started as the sole product designer, owning end-to-end UX across web and mobile. As the team scaled, I moved into a principal role: setting design direction, building our design system from the ground up, mentoring a team of 4, and partnering directly with our CPO and engineering leads to shape product strategy.

MAIN FOCUS:
+ Defining and scaling a design system with 80+ components, cutting design-to-dev handoff time by 40%
+ Leading 0→1 design for 6 core product features, each validated through user research and iterative testing
+ Establishing our UX research practice — journey mapping, usability testing, and a regular cadence of user interviews that now directly informs our roadmap
+ Partnering with growth and data teams to identify friction points, resulting in a 28% improvement in onboarding completion
+ Mentoring junior and mid-level designers, with 2 promoted to senior roles under my guidance

The thing I'm most proud of isn't any single project. It's that design has a seat at the table here — and I helped build that.
