# Alexis Pavlidis > Helping graduates & career switchers break into tech | DevReady | Software Engineer at Monzo | ex-Skyscanner Location: Kensington, England, United Kingdom Profile: https://flows.cv/alexispavlidis Most people don’t fail at tech because of lack of skills. They fail because they don’t know what “job-ready” actually means. I work with graduates, juniors, and career switchers who feel stuck between studying, applying, and actually landing interviews. I’m currently a Software Engineer working in high-scale product teams and previously worked across fintech, travel, and consulting environments. After going through this journey myself, and mentoring people trying to break into the industry, I realised the gap isn’t another course. It’s clarity, structure, and real-world expectations. That’s why I built DevReady: a job-readiness accelerator focused on how tech companies actually hire. If you’re trying to break into tech and feel unsure whether you’re on the right path, happy to chat. ## Work Experience ### Co-Founder @ DevReady Jan 2026 – Present | Greece DevReady helps graduates and career switchers bridge the gap between learning tech and actually landing interviews and a job.
