Acting as the principal user researcher for the product team, I’ve helped create a shared understanding of our users throughout departments based on user personas. Apart from running generative research and participating directly in squads’ roadmaps, I was also in charge of most of the user testing and user interviews for the French user base (80% of Amenitiz users at the time).
