• Designed and implemented an association management system integration framework, facilitating the transfer of over 6 million daily records and seamless interaction with over 25 distinct apis

• Designed an APM system using Datadog, providing engineers with crucial business metric alerts, SLA monitoring, dashboards, and application code tracing/logging, leading to fixes that increased email job delivery from below 90% to over 99.9%

• Increased job throughput over 4x by implementing a job queueing and processing system using BullMQ and Redis, enabling horizontal scaling of both Heroku dynos and Node.js processes

• Facilitated seamless virtual connections for thousands of users by leading the design and implementation of Tradewing's virtual event video conferencing feature, utilizing Tokbox SDK and React

• Established Tradewing as an Identity Provider for Single Sign-On (SSO) flows enabling cross platform authentication for end users by implementing the OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol

• Redesigned Tradewing’s payments platform to easily integrate with collecting membership dues and ticket sales, reducing cognitive overhead for developers and enabling a unified checkout experience

• Improved Align's mapping functionality to handle over 10x more geojson map shapes by reimplementing the front end using Mapbox GL JS and capitalizing on the geospatial functionalities of Postgis

• Cut more than 13% from AWS ec2 hosting costs by switching the OS distribution from RHEL to Amazon Linux 2 (AL2). This included porting existing provisioning scripts and creating an AL2 development virtual machine to support parity between production and development environments

• Delivered the ability for customers to conditionally rollup and aggregate data on certain Align objects from system and custom fields to support business intelligence exploration

• Ensure that Align and Veeva maintain strong engineering teams by conducting both phone screen and on-site technical interviews
