• Lead design for complex AI-powered enterprise products including analytics platforms, compliance tooling, and agent-based workflows
• Designed and launched multiple 0→1 initiatives such as U-Supervise compliance tools, AI Assistant experiences, and ActionIQ (Uniphore CDP) agent interfaces
• Own the evolution of the Uniphore design system, driving scalable components, design tokens, and cross-product UI consistency
