Hello, I'm Alex.

With over 7 years as a Senior Product Designer specializing in UI/UX, I've honed a deep understanding of how design intersects with user experience, particularly in fast-paced tech environments like the Bay Area. Currently, at Uniphore, I lead the design of Conversation AI products that greatly improve user engagement and satisfaction. • Lead design for complex AI-powered enterprise products including analytics platforms, compliance tooling, and agent-based workflows
• Designed and launched multiple 0→1 initiatives such as U-Supervise compliance tools, AI Assistant experiences, and ActionIQ (Uniphore CDP) agent interfaces
• Own the evolution of the Uniphore design system, driving scalable components, design tokens, and cross-product UI consistency
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
• Delivered high-impact initiatives including analytics UX for U-Analyze, compliance flows for U-Capture, and AI-driven product prototypes
• Led cross-platform UI redesign and visual unification across NG applications following brand transformation
