▪Automated expensive GUI-only dev work by implementing an account management API integration from scratch in NodeJS, reducing the client onboarding process time by 2 weeks.

▪ Communicated directly with all clients and potential clients to understand their problems and propose solutions accordingly.

▪Introduced an E2E testing suite that expanded test coverage to achieve department-wide engineering OKRs.

▪ Developed a Google Firebase QR scanning Android app in Kotlin for our principal client, with its adoption saving them over 500 worker-hours a week across 14 facilities in 8 countries.

▪ Delivered a API integration into a VBA Excel document for a major packaging machine manufacturer that replaced a GUI-only task, saving them 50 worker-hours a week.

▪Designed a web GUI for a major international hotel company deployed to over 10,000 utility data collection devices that verified its operation, which prevented an estimated 3 avoidable on-site visits a year.
