I built an engineering team (from 0 to 10 people). Managed this team and fostered a strong collaborative spirit with other teams. Designed architecture (frontend, backend, gateway API, message queues). Established healthy, remote, and primarily async development processes. Helped to build the environment where engineering, design and product worked in a very close alignment and coordination. The whole platform was built in less than a year, with the help of e-commerce platform team from MaterialBank. MaterialBank - evolving engineering in parallel with product development After the successful development of DesignShop, my team was refocused to help, accelerate and evolve the engineering in the core business product.
