greSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB Atlas, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, SQS, SES) us-
ing CDK CloudFormation infrastructure-as-code, serving 1,000+ car dealerships,
processing 250,000+ outbound messages daily.

• Developed ServiceAI omni-channel platform for re-activating dealership cus-
tomers and extracting maximum customer lifetime value through seamless
email (AWS SES) and SMS (Twilio) agent integration.

• Implemented comprehensive Site Reliability Engineering practices using
Datadog monitoring, custom alerting, and automated incident response, main-
taining high uptime across dealerships and reducing MTTR.

• Refactored 30+ MaterialUI components from v0 to v3 and converted React
class components to functional hooks by hand, programmatically generated a
proof-of-concept OpenAPI OAS3 schema for over 400+ API methods.

• Led ML Ops team at Silk Labs, creating data pipelines for synthetically gener-
ated images using Python notebooks, Weights & Biases for training runs, and
training on RTX 2080 Ti and V100 GPUs.

• Productionized computer vision models for stadium crowd-scale facial detec-
tion, firearm detection with low latency reporting, and super-resolution using
Nvidia Triton Inference Server and INT8 quantization, supporting 150+ concur-
rent camera feeds via RTSP streams enabled by Pion WebRTC to reduce latency.

• Built high-performance FastAPI endpoints for real-time model inference and
data processing, enabling seamless integration between computer vision mod-
els and frontend applications.

• Led iOS app development under Apple HIG, deploying beta builds via TestFlight to 200+ users and collecting actionable feedback.
