The Early Career Program is an exclusive development program that focuses on improving participant's technical and leadership skills. Here are a few highlights from my time in the program:

Founded an internal technology incubator that created value in the manufacturing process through the quickly testing and delivering technology solutions to the production floor

Designed 6 virtual reality experiences that analyzed ergonomic impacts and decreased cost and cycle time in the production system by preventing engineering rework
•
Organized and led a 3-day professional development event for all 80+ program participants that focused on increasing their business acumen as well as public speaking abilities
•
Established and led a multi-site rotation report out for all 80+ program participants that improved participants public speaking abilities and increased awareness/reach of impactful work being done by participants.
