Ran reports that show how our sales field is doing, keeping track of Independent Executive's success and relaying information to Director and VP for recommendations that can further help marketing and promotions for the entire company.
It was my responsibility to know the company inside and out when questions come up. I need to know about the compensation plan, tax law, logistics, registration, and country office information for 15 different countries and I need to ensure each Sales Analyst is giving correct information to our field.
While at Zrii I successfully:
•Created and implemented a sales strategy that resulted in retention of middle rank Independent Executives from 12.5% in 2015 to a median 31.5% in 2016
•Also lowered unqualified members from 56% average in 2015 to 17% in 2016 using same strategy.
•Helped create and teach a training seminar that boosted sales in the beta testing market from $50k in average monthly sales to $350k in 6 months
•Traveled to 3 different regions teaching corporate staff and Independent Executives the basics on how to be successful in Zrii.
•Created and gave 4 presentations at Leadership Academies in front of Zrii leaders and 1,200 other Independent Executives
•Helped in designing and creating reports for the "Back Office" that Independent Executives use to manage their business
•Created a library of instructional videos on how to be successful for YouTube, previously there was none, now over 15 videos.
•Became a Project Manager for the launch of our new educational system Zrinergia that included working closely with the Leaders of the Company and Marketing to ensure that everything was done on schedule. Project included an entire starter kit, plan of action, and company webinars.
