It was my responsibility to know the company inside and out when questions come up. After they are done speaking with me, it is important they are excited and ready to work with the solution or excitement I have given them. I help them anything from shipping issues, systems, commissions, and orders. After their complaint or problem is addressed, within the hour their problem is usually solved and they are able to continue selling our products to their market. ### Spanish Tutor @ Southern Utah University Jan 2010 – Jan 2010 | Cedar City, Utah I was in charge of tutoring Spanish students with their Spanish speaking skills. It was my job to create a Spanish only environment so that they could practice their listening and speaking skills. This job required that I not only be good at speaking Spanish, but also be outgoing and be able to carry an entire conversation with 2 to 10 people at the table.
