Oracle Health HDI (Healthcare Data Intelligence & AI)
Regularly partner with product, engineering, and data science leadership to design AI-powered enterprise healthcare experiences that embed intelligence directly into clinical workflows. Focusing on LLM and Agent-driven decision support, population health analytics, and EHR-agnostic platforms that help care teams identify risk, close care gaps, and improve patient outcomes. I translate complex healthcare data into usable AI workflows across Oracle Health HDI platforms.
Selected AI Projects:
● AI Deep Research Agent (AIDP): Led UX for a North Star agentic research platform enabling healthcare analysts and population health teams to generate insights across complex clinical datasets. Defined AI-driven research workflows, exploration patterns, and insight interfaces within the AIDP platform.
● Care Gap Closure Agent: Led UX design for an AI-powered workflow helping quality teams identify and close care gaps across at-risk patient populations. Designed patient prioritization, AI-assisted insights, and outreach workflows to reduce manual analysis and support value-based care performance.
● GenAI Patient Summaries: Designed one of Oracle Health’s first LLM-powered clinical workflow features embedded within care management in Millennium. Reduced chart review time from ~30 minutes to under 10 minutes and increased care manager capacity for patient outreach.
● OH Population AI Assistant App: Led UX for a net-new EHR-agnostic platform embedding AI-driven population health insights into third-party EMR workflows, surfacing care gaps, coding opportunities, and patient summaries directly within clinician workflows.
● HDI Quality Management North Star: Led UX team definition for a future AI-assisted quality management workspace, introducing LLM, and agentic recommendations, patient segmentation, and proactive outreach workflows for at-risk populations; directly impacting future HDI projects.
