• Lead the architecture team from 6 vendor sites(US, China, Thailand, India, Hungary, Mexico), handle Cisco failure analysis operation from multi-production lines

• Develop qualification requirements, test methodologies and resolved critical customer issues. Work with Intel/ DIMM vendors and internal teams on RAS (Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability) features qualifications and validations.

• Project/program management on Corporate’s global IT projects. Define project scope, duration and risks, engage local IT ressources, Coordinate timeline and deliver presentation to stakeholders.

Initiated and pushed project "Company-paid mobility services" with AT&T negotiated rate. Employee who is eligible can apply for company contracted phones with IT protection equipped.

Negotiated Audio Video support contract for US offices AV equipment coverage and new AV project implementation.

Negotiated integrated primary broadband internet service & backup internet contract with coverage of HQ and 10+ remote offices with multiple carriers, and implemented cutover project to ensure seamless internet access solution with fail-over enabled for company Datacenter and clients.

• Design/Implement new network infrastructure solution for company’s Datacenter and network topology upgrade project. Handle major networking P1 issues, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot company’s BGP MPLS/ IGP network, wireless network and Cisco phone system including CUCM and Cisco Unity, solve networking P1 tickets.
