Worked with a team of developers to create an infustion practice managment software, a general practice management software, and an analytics tool powered by data from EHRs. Implemented Jira and documentation best practices. Met with clinical users to educate on product and develop business. Conducted user interviews to define product strategy and roadmap. Supported 4 deal teams (NE Medical Device & Digital Health, Dallas/Phoenix Credit Solutions, Canada Credit Solutions, and Central & Southwest Life Sciences) over the course of 2 rotations with the following responsibilities:

• Wrote concept memos for deal prospects in order to present to senior credit officers

• Evaluated client diligence packages and coordinated with deal team to ask clients for additional items or information to aid in underwriting.

• Took minutes on client and investor calls with deal teams

• Constructed sensitivity analyses to assess client financial performance, liquidity risk, and credit availability

• Wrote for credit memos for deals in the enterprise technology and hardware spaces evaluating credit risk, financial performance, and qualitative features of a company

Volunteered for 6 person PPP triage team and provided support for PPP efforts through:

• Underwriting 60+ PPP loans for clients.

• Identifying and addressing common issues in the underwriting process for 1000s of loans.
