Orby AI
• Designed the user flow for a Gmail and NetSuite-integrated, AI-powered BPA (business process automation) application that analyzed and structured user processes, transforming them into non-rules-based workflows that helped process invoices and receipts 80% faster. My design was used in pitches that landed Orby.ai preliminary contracts with several companies including Google.
• The platform allows users (e.g. AP analysts, Billing coordinators, etc.) to seamlessly transition between document type-based AI and ML processing models, saving users 5 hours per week (avg) by eliminating the most time-intensive aspects of these jobs' responsibilities.
Valyant AI | adopted by Checkers
• Led the redesign of Valyant's AI-powered drive-thru ordering system "Holly", transforming the multi-page layout used by Holly's human auditors into a single-layer POS system that led to a > 70% reduction in per-order audit performance time.
JukeBox Music
• Led the design of Jukebox Music, an app that creates composite playlists drawn from streaming sources such as YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud in IOS.
• From rough prototype to working site, guided each phase of the product’s journey from ideation onward, including user research, defining deliverables, estimating engineering effort, and finalizing both the UX and visual design.
• Spearheaded a design of the Jukebox Music web app’s knowledge base that achieved a 75% 3-day retention rate.
DOVATO release pages
• Established benchmarks, developed the framework used by the team to determine the site layout, assisted in selecting the two best prototypes to deliver, and presented these to the client.
• Launched Dovato's new drug website, iOS App, and Android App that increased the company’s footprint and generated sales in 120 locations nationwide.

• Led redesign of the access-control permission feature. Transformed the customer admin experience from a complex system —that relied on settings inserted in raw JSON— to an intuitive user experience. Previously underserved users benefited from a redesigned workflow centered around a straightforward, transparent configuration method that reduced customer time-investment by over 80% (2 hours > 20 min).
U-Analyze | adopted by Verizon, BNP Paribas, et al.
• Contributed to the introduction of an analytics dashboard by designing displays used to measure customers’ tonal and emotional levels as qualified by the product, as well as key-word spotting, during CS calls. This dashboard allowed users to customize sentiment analysis insights to drive specific aspects of business performance.

• Lead the build-out of a design system used company-wide. Largely increased team efficiency, speed to implementation, and code reduction. Its guidelines and reusable components ensured a simple, intuitive, beautiful, and consistent cross-platform experience.
• Collaborating with an assortment of UX designers, engineers and product managers to develop and standardize our team's internal UX practices including processes, documentation and process conventions.
