# Alicia L. > UX Designer Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/alicial 👋🏻 Hi! I'm Alicia, a UX/Product Designer with 5+ YOE in the B2B database space. Motivated by the unique intricacies that make people and products stand out, I design intentionally with the users and business at the forefront of my work. As part of the early design team at Neo4j, I've had the pleasure of leading multiple projects including: • 🛠️ Design systems for product and web • ❤️ WCAG accessibility and inclusivity as a standard • 🔍 Regular user research (UXR) across all touch points • 📊 Cross-platform product design and journey analysis With every project, I approach with empathy, focusing on understanding both user and business needs through research and collaborative, agile processes. My goal is to design and innovate accessible, engaging experiences while having fun doing so. Inside of work, I love leveraging the abundance of online resources to nerd out about the latest and greatest in the UX world. When I'm not moving squares in Figma, I enjoy learning new recipes, improving my Mandarin skills, and picking up new creative hobbies.
