Olive Shares is connecting providers and payers to create the Internet of Healthcare. Our team builds and implements a suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) products that integrate across Electronic Health Record systems and payer systems, with intuitive workflows and deep healthcare expertise. Our SaaS platform accelerates prior authorizations for providers, and enables the first-in-the-world real-time AI clinical reviews.

• Worked on a scrum team on a solution to get over 3,500,000 Veterans, VA employees and their families vaccinated against COVID19. Developed several key features, including an audit log to preserve the data integrity of all COVID19 vaccinations nationwide across the VA

• Worked across various teams to develop and help launch CyncHealth (previously NEHII), a statewide integrated health exchange for the entire state of Nebraska. Collaborated with quality assurance engineers to reproduce and test defects, and validate corrections made to those defects. Data analysis and client reporting using custom and built-in tools (DeepSee, etc), and providing optimization suggestions for clients by facility

• Programming in ObjectScript in Studio and using both Studio and the Management Portal, including running SQL queries, to perform tests and troubleshoot

• Deployed finished solutions to AWS servers using technologies such as Git Bash, Github and Jenkins

• Created and maintained documentation for client specification as well as releases, including GH documents, wikis, and Excel spreadsheets

• Serve as a resource to technical support staff when operational issues are escalated

• Coordinated data and hardware live and video implementations to over 100 physicians nationwide

• Assisted in the development of sales strategy that effectively showcased the product’s value to providers

• Collaborated with the sales team to show product demos and do live Q&As for potential clients

• Conducted series of interviews with leadership to identify potential areas of optimization, spearheaded and trained additional sales personnel which led to a 15% increase in sales
