Worked as part of the IBM.com global UX design team:
1. Supported Mergers & Acquisitions team to bring Apptio into ibm.com, by helping establish a relationship with Apptio and collaborating with the Web Strategists to create the 21 first pages in AEM:
•authored and managed pages using AEM - for testing the actual proposed AEM components
•iterative page designs – created in Figma up to 6 versions per page for the 3 initial pages
•3 hands-on workshops with Apptio, to get their approval on the designs of the 3 initial pages
2. Contributed to elevating awareness of UX as a discipline and encouraging people to work with us, by educating about UX (our process, our frameworks, how to work with us etc.), updating the Product Page design guidance and creating a cheatsheet that accelerated author adoption
3. Advocated for a better experience for the authors by logging actionable AEM component tickets,
refreshing 70+ component samples and proactively surfacing authoring improvements
4. Contributed to reaching 65.78% engagement rate and 371K completed forms through rigorous UX QA, structured 30-day reviews and heatmap/analytics-driven iteration
5. Helped in finding the best UX approach (e.g. for the pricing table for MaaS360), by creating multiple mobile prototypes in Figma, that were then used by UXR to gather feedback from clients
