Hugo is a productivity platform that helps people run better meetings, and realize the far-reaching benefits of meeting performance. Customers use Hugo to save hours every week, host productive meetings that attendees love, feel in control of their schedule and coordinate more effectively with their remote colleagues.

I support early-stage companies as a design leader, often leading and building an early team of designers or supporting as a principal designer and filling the gap between design teams and leadership goals.

Working cross-functionally, I guide the design process to create new product features and update existing architecture, including overseeing the UX research, UI design, wire framing, and branding. Managing across teams and working with the UX/UI designers, product managers, lead engineer, and leadership representative, I help to keep departments aligned to the same north star and set up teams with next steps to measure design success post production release.
