-  Developed and maintained backend services using Go/Node and frontend services using React/TypeScript to support core insurance technology products in a fast-paced startup environment, as owner of projects from conception through the software development life-cycle.
-  Designed and implemented multiple third-party API integrations using various endpoint protocols (REST, GraphQL) and data formats (JSON, XML), enabling expanded product offerings (e.g., carrier integrations) and support for new lines of business (e.g., insurance class codes).
-  Coordinated with external IT teams often inexperienced in software integrations, became the “carrier whisperer” ensuring Pathpoint’s needs were thoughtfully communicated and addressed throughout the integration process to ensure smooth deployment, and provided guidance on creating documentation for future integrations.
-  Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, account managers, and underwriters to deliver robust, scalable features.
-  Acted as a first responder in the on-call rotation, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues to minimize downtime. Effectively triaged incidents, debugging and implementing fixes or coordinating with the appropriate teams to ensure rapid resolution and maintain system stability.-

- Part of a 3-member Developer/Community Experience team, helping the Open Source and Developer Communities to better use and contribute to Sonatype’s open source and free products.

- Helped develop a VS Code extension that allows developers to scan their npm/yarn, Maven, RubyGems, Go, R and Pypi project dependencies against both Sonatype's free OSS Index and paid Nexus IQ Server products. This allows developers to see known vulnerabilities, or to to view their organizations licensing/usage policies for a given dependency, thus allowing developers to choose the best version of a dependency to use. Wrote blog post to promote re-launch of extension to current and potential clients.

- Helped develop Jake, a free and open source Conda dependency vulnerability checker written in Python which checks dependencies against Sonatype’s OSSIndex, allowing developers to try Sonatype’s capabilities before committing to their suite of automated enterprise software.
